Staff Development Opportunities

Providing our clients with professional service means that our staff need the highest level of professionalism and training. To ensure this we have:

• Weekly team meetings where procedures are reviewed and implemented
• Monthly tax updates at which a special topic is delivered by an experienced ICAA professional trainer
• Monthly internal training when MSI Ragg Weir staff prepare and present training to the rest of the team. Everyone has a chance to present, with the topic and length of the presentation based on the staff members’ level of experience 
• Quarterly senior discussion groups where senior staff and partners discuss current issues and scenarios, allowing for the sharing of experiences and knowledge

All Accounting Staff participate in the annual 3 day ICAA professional development conference
